Textured soy protein: Soy protein is with a stable network structure after being organized.
Tissue protein has different forms such as granular, block, flake, filamentous, etc., and it is in different shades of yellowish brown. Its network structure is arranged in a directional arrangement to form elastic and tough fiber bundles or layers, which make it similar to carnivorous muscle tissue when eating. Typical tissue protein contains about 60% protein. It can be used as a muscle fiber material for imitating meat products.
In meat products applied with soy silk protein and soy textured protein, the purpose of enhancing meat feel, reducing costs, and increasing the protein content of the product can be achieved. For example, it is used in quick-frozen meat products such as minced meat sausages, Western-style ham, meatballs, recombined steaks (chicken chops, pork chops, etc.), fried chicken nuggets, hamburger meats, buns, dumplings, and meat dumplings.
Now soya protein producing is more and more easy also. It use advanced extrusion technology and the raw materials can be cooked in the condition of high pressure and high temperature.
