Textured soy protein machine processing line is developed and manufactured on base of our experience combined with the advanced machine from foreign countries.
This soy protein line takes soya meal and peanut meal as main raw materials. After milling, mixing ,extruding and cutting, the raw materials become layer fiber structure.
The finished products has high nutrition; looks and tastes like meat; easy to absorbing oil, water and smell; without cholesterol and animal fat, so it is used in meat products industry, fast food production, deepfreeze food production, and all kinds of maigre snacks and food.

To lift the materials to extruder feeder automatically.
3.Twin screw Extruder Auto Protein meat processing line
To cook the soyabean meal and extruded in different shapes.
4. Air conveyor
Take the extruded snack into oven or drying
5. Dryer/Oven
To reduce the moisture of extruded protein snacks.
5. Cooling Conveyor
To cool down the extruded protein snacks and send to next equipment.
6. Packing Machine
Pack the soya protein in different size bags.
