Process flow
①Raw material mixing: Use a machine to mix raw materials, auxiliary materials, water and other materials, and mix them evenly
②Screw feeder: used to lift the mixed raw materials into the extruder hopper.
③Screw extrusion molding: The raw materials are uniformly discharged from the host feeder, softly extruded and matured by the screws, and then sent out through the mold for molding. Mold replacement operation is simple.
④Traction cutting machine: It is used to cut rectangular tubes and round tubes. The traction cutting machine consists of two parts: cutting system and conveying system. The equipment is simple to operate and adopts frequency control to adjust the length.
⑤Elevator: used to lift food into the oven.
⑥Multi-layer drying box: This drying box is a customized, low-temperature multi-layer circulation oven. It is used to dry and dehydrate the semi-finished products produced. It adopts a belt drying device. A certain number of heating devices are installed in the oven, and electricity (steam, gas, fuel, etc.) is used for heating and drying.
