2.Process flow

After stirring, the raw materials are transported to the host feeder through a screw conveyor. The feeder evenly feeds the raw materials into the main machine. In the main machine, the raw materials are extruded and matured through the shearing of the barrel and screw and the heating effect of the heater. They are formed through the mold. According to the different shapes of the macaroni, the rotary cutting system/ The cutting machine performs cutting to obtain the preliminary macaroni product. The macaroni is then highly lifted into a multi-layer dryer for drying to remove excess moisture and extend the product shelf life of the macaroni. The temperature of the dried macaroni will be reduced through cooling and transportation. After cooling, the macaroni will be transported to the packaging link for packaging to obtain the finished macaroni.
