As the main raw material of pasta, duran wheat is the most rigid wheat variety, which has the characteristics of high density, high protein, high gluten and so on.
Pasta also varies with different types and shapes, in addition to the ordinary straight type,also have many other shapes, such as screw, bend, butterfly, hollow, shell, etc.
For pasta production, it need the single screw extruder with vacuum pump. With the vacuum system, it can extract air from feeding parts, and also there will keep vacuum status inside the extruder barrel. The extruded pasta will be without bubbles inside, and also be strong when eat.
For the pasta processing line, we have different production capacity: 100-150kg/hr and 200-300kg/hr
