This dry dog food machine processing line mainly uses the meat meal, fish meal, bone powder, corn powder, soya meal and other grain powder as raw materials to produce the innovative shapes, high nutritional and savory state pet food for dog, cat, fox, bird, and also the floating or sinking fish shrimp feed.

How Dry Dog Food Is Made

1> Ingredients are brought together in a mixing machine. Dry ingredients may be ground prior to introduction to wet ingredients. Once mixed together, they form a moist dough.

2> The dough is heated in the preconditioner prior to introduction to the extruder

3> The dough is cooked under intense heat and pressure as it move toward the open end of the dog food making machine. At the end of dry dog food machine extruder, passes through a shaping die and knife.

4> The extruded pet dog food will go into one dryer to remove the extra moisture.

5> After Drying, the pet food products will be flavored with different taste.

6> After Cooling, it will be packed by packing machine fully automatically.

2) This one is the main machine of pet animal feed processing line, it is the twin screw extruder. We equip several storage silos with extruder together. Different raw materials can mix together with certain proportion automatically. 

3) This one is the drying system. You can see this dryer is with the heater exchanger, it can help the inside temperature of the dryer evenly. We have different heating way for the drying machines, such as electricity heating, gas or diesel heating, steam heating etc. We can equip the suitable machines according to customers; requirement.

4) This machine is the flavoring line. It is with the oil sprayer and powder sprayer together. We can make the final products with different taste by this flavoring machinery.

5) When machine arrived at customers' factory, our engineer will go to customer local for installation and training.
