This artificial rice processing line uses rice flour as main raw material, some vitamin and mineral can be choosen as the products required. The material is extruder onto rie shape by twin screw extruder, dried to needed moisture content and eaten after boiling 5-8 minutes. The extruding technology can reuse the broken rice, make it possible to sterngthen the micronutrirntt in the rice and solidify it.

Q: How many days can I get the machines after placing order?
A: It will take around 20-30 working days to finish all the machines after receving the deposit.
Q: I do not have experience for the machines, how can I operate it when I receive?
A: When the machines arrive at your factory, our engineer will go to your local for machine installation and training. The engineer will teach your worker how to operate the machines and how to adjust the recipes.
Q: I do not have time to inspect the machines. Will you test all the machines before delivery?
A: Yes my friend. We will test and run all the machines before delivery. If you do not have time coming for inspection, we will take the machine running videos for you.
Q: How is the machine guarantee?
