What should we pay attention to when using oil extruder?
1. It is strictly forbidden to start the main motor of the expander frequently. The interval between two start-ups must be more than 15 minutes, otherwise the control cabinet and motor will burn down easily.
2. Feeding frequency is forbidden to work for a long time below 5Hz. Otherwise, the frequency converter and feeding motor will be burnt down.
3. Sufficient steam must be injected into the feed at the same time, otherwise the expander will be blocked. After blockage of the expander, the outlet template should be opened first. Under the condition of continuing to feed steam, the manual turning can start the main motor and discharge the blocked material under the condition that the motor can drive. Otherwise, the barrel of the exit section should be dismantled.
4. It is strictly forbidden for iron and stone to enter the expander, otherwise the screw and shear pin will be damaged. Although the magnetic separator is randomly installed at the entrance of the expander, it can not ensure that all iron blocks are intercepted under the impact of materials. Therefore, attention should be paid to iron and stone removal during the pretreatment process, and the magnetic separator should be cleaned regularly in each shift.
5. Strictly prohibit the entry of hemp rope and straw stalk into the extruder, otherwise the hemp rope or straw stalk will be entangled in the screw and shear pin, and can not feed normally, at the same time, it will cause the blockage of the die hole and affect the output.
6. Check the lubricating oil level of the main engine bearing box regularly every shift. If it is insufficient to be replenished in time, the lubricating oil level should not be less than 1/2 of the bearing box, and replace the lubricating oil in time according to the requirements, otherwise the bearing will be damaged.
7. Material with too small specific gravity will cause the extruder not to feed well, so the output will be reduced a lot.
