SYSLG Double-screw Lab Food Extruder is mainly composed by the following parts:

A Feeding System
Feeding system is fixed on distribution box, feeding raw material by screw rotation. The speed is adjustable. This system Is composed by screw, raw material hopper, mixer, driving part.
B Extruding System
The main part of extruding system is two screws and barrel. The rotation directions of the two screws are same: anti-clock. During processing, the two screws scraping the materials stick on the other screws and pushed forward. The screws are composed by seven sections. During the raw material pushing forward, the raw material contact much more with the barrel, and easy absorb the heat energy from the barrel. At the last section of the screws, the raw material will increase inner energy and finished the extrusion. The screws are easy to replace.
C Cutting System
Cutting system is composed by motor, knife and belt. The knife frame is fixed on the mould part, driven by motor, the foods is cut by the knife. shape of moulds available for choice.
D Heating System
Heating system is divided to 4 sections, every section has cooling function. The temperature of each section is adjustable.
E Lubrication System
This system is composed by gear pump, oil tank, oil pipes. It’s used for lubrication and
cooling for every rotating parts.

F Driving System
Attached drawing III is for SYSLG series double screw extruders. The power starts from main motor, , it is then divided to two screws which rotate the same direction. Gear Z17 to Z52 against to Z17 driving ratio is: 1:1. The two screw axle center strength is born by two bears, bearing strength is large.
G Control System
All the extruder is concentrated by console. Easy for operation, All extruders have self-protection device and habitus indication meter.
