Multi-functional Food Frying Machine


Here will introduce continuous frying machine briefly.


Equipment structure (detailed description):


(1) Fryer body


1. The inner pot of the fryer body is made of δ5mm stainless steel 304.

2. The outer shell of the fryer body is made of δ1.2 stainless steel 304.

3. Carry out water leakage test after the pot body is welded to ensure that there is no leakage;

4. In order to reduce heat loss, there is an 80mm thick aluminum silicate insulation material at the bottom between the inner tank and the outer shell of the bomber;

5. Install a drain valve at the lowest part of the pot;

6. All welding places of the fryer are fully welded, and the welds are gentle and smooth, leaving no sanitary corners;

7. Electric heating: 72kw, divided into 2 groups of control, each group is 30KW, easy to control, each group is equipped with a leakage protector to avoid personal injury due to leakage; all electrical appliances use ABB or FUJI brands, and inverters use Delta brands. PLC uses LS or Schneider brand;

 

(2) Fryer: mesh belt bracket part 


1. Mesh belt frequency conversion speed control;

2. The inlet of the frying machine is 2 meters with a PTFE mesh belt structure, with a width of 600mm, The frying area is a B-shaped double mesh belt structure to ensure that the product is pressed into the oil for frying, and the material is 304;

3. The bearings and bearing seats are all cast steel;

4. The equipment is equipped with a replenishing tank. To prevent the equipment from being less oily.

5. Equipped with an oil storage tank, which can transport the frying oil of the fryer to the oil storage tank, which is convenient for cleaning the inside of the pot;

6. The equipment is equipped with an automatic lifting system, which is convenient for cleaning the pot body, and adopts a cylinder automatic telescopic bumper;

7. The equipment uses variable frequency motors; the speed is adjustable; 8. The equipment is equipped with a temperature controller, which can accurately control the oil temperature by ±2℃ and display it, and the oil temperature can be adjusted;

 

 

(3) Online filtering system


1. With a coarse filter filter system, effectively intercept the residue in the edible oil, and carry out the residue through the frame;

2. Equipped with a vacuum negative pressure filter system, equipped with a high-temperature oil pump; it can remove small residues in time, effectively prolonging the service life of the oil; with insulation, reducing heat loss;

 

(4)The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a slag scraping system, which effectively takes the bottom residue out of the pot body to avoid long-term heating and carbonization affecting oil quality;

 

(5) The equipment is equipped with a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system: it can be turned on automatically in case of an open fire, and carbon dioxide is used to extinguish the fire to avoid fire accidents;

 

(6) The equipment adopts PLC automatic control, one-key operation, convenient operation;
