It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.

The feature of the production line:
This production line can make different kinds of fried snacks (such as rice crusts, chips, bulges, pizza rolls, doritos) based on
changing die moulds and manufacturing technique. The production process includes mixing, extruding, cutting, frying, flavoring and packing. The products are crispy and less oil.

Voltage: there are three phases in China:380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries

Mixer

All parts adopt food grade stainless steel.It makes the powder raw materials, water and additives stirred and mix evenly by the high-speed rotation stirring wings in the stirring drum. Drum and stirring wings are made of stainless steel.

Extruder

We can supply different models extruder according to your output . With a same extruder , you could produce different shapes food by
changing different moulds of extruder.

dryer

Multi-layer dryers mainly have three layers, five layers, and seven layers. The heating methods include electric heating, fuel oil, gas, and steam. According to different products and production capacity, they can adapt to different heat sources and models.

This dryer can be used to bake various puffed foods, pet foods, tissue protein, and various nuts such as peanuts, melon seeds, and dried dates.

The mesh belt conveyor and insulation board are made of stainless steel, and the equipment is clean and hygienic. The speed of the mesh belt conveyor is adjustable. The drying time of the food in the oven can be adjusted.

Automatic temperature control system, the temperature can be set according to needs.
