Brief Description of Cheese Ball Manufacturing Line
The puffed food production line is a new type of puffed food machinery. Processing flow of Cheese Ball Manufacturing Line
1) Blender: mix all the ingredients in the formula
2) Screw conveyor: lift the material to the extruder feeder
3) Twin-screw extruder: The raw materials are cooked under high temperature and high pressure.
4) Air conveyor: send unfinished products to the dryer
5) Gas / electric dryer: removes water and makes snacks more crispy.
6) Hoist: lift the product to the seasoning roller
7) Seasoning line: can make snacks with different flavors
8) Cooling conveyor belt: cooling the finished product and sending it to the next equipment
