The fully automatic full-line snack puff machine can produce various puff snacks such as cheese puffs, corn rolls, Cheetos snacks, Nicknax snacks, Haligou, etc. by using corn, rice and other grain products as raw materials. Various shapes of puffed snacks can be produced by changing the mold. The mold can also be customized according to customer requirements

The extruder has a screw and a screw sleeve, which have the functions of mixing and kneading. After the raw material enters the puffing chamber, the material is squeezed, rubbed, sheared, etc. between the screw and the sleeve, and the internal pressure continues to rise, up to 4Mpa, and the temperature keeps rising, up to 140 degrees Celsius. The sharp increase of temperature and pressure within 3-7s will change the structure of the material, further gelatinize the starch, denature the protein, destroy the crude fiber, and kill harmful bacteria such as Salmonella. When the high-temperature and high-pressure material comes out of the discharge port, the pressure is released suddenly in an instant, and part of the water is flashed. After cooling, the material has a loose and porous structure, and the expanded material is in the form of lumps, flocs or coarse chips.
