The twin screw extruder is composed of automatic feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system and control cabinet.
1.1 Automatic feeding system
This system is composed of screw, hopper, stirring bar and machine body. All those are fixed on the distributor box. It can transmit the material by screw with adjustable speed.
1.2 Extruder
This machine is composed of extruding system, lubricating system, thrusting system, driving system, and heating system.
The screw and the sleeve are the main parts of the double screw extruding system. Those screws are all counterclockwise running. The screws are connected by spline harness which makes it easy to unload.
double-screw extruding system is composed of machine barrel and screws. The two screws are single end and mesh forward with each other in same left rotating direction and push the materials on the screws forwards.
The lubricating system is composed of gear pump, oil box, and oil pipe. Its function is to lubricate and cool all the units in distribution box.
The drive power begins at 22kw main motor, passes through the triangle belt and gear box, and is divided into two same direction output axles.
The adjusting system adopts frequency conversion technology. The center distance of screw is 56mm. The heating system is divided into 3 units with 2 heating units in the front two heating sections. Each of the unit can be adjusted separately.
1.3 Cutting unit
The cutting unit is composed of motor, seat of the cutter, and cut harness. Motor is fixed on the cut harness. The related mould has shapes of ring, plum blossom, cylinder and chip etc.
1.4 Control cabinet
It has many automatic protectors and status meters to centralized control all the system of the extruder. It is very easy to operate
