1) Mixer
Mix the raw materials evenly with some water
2) Screw conveyor
Convey the materials to corn puffs extruder feeder
3) Twin-screw extruder
Cooking the raw materials with high temperature and high pressure
4) Air Conveyor
Convey the snacks to the dryer
5) Gas/Electricity Dryer
Remove the extra moisture of snacks food
6) Hoister
Convey the product to next equipment
7) Oil sprayer
Spray oil to snacks surface
8) Flavoring Roller
Make different taste by flavoring machine, the roller can help to make the seasoner evenly on the snacks surface.
9) Cooling conveyor
Cool down the product before packing and send the product to packing machine hopper
10) Packing machine
Pack the snacks food into different size packing bags automatically.
