Breakfast Cereals is one kind snacks food which made from grains.
There are many kinds breakfast cereals product, such as Corn Flakes, Cream Filled Snacks, Oats Rings, Choco Flakes, Rice Crispies, etc. They can be eaten with milk ,yogurt, etc. They are ready to eat product.
Now cereals can be produced by extrusion technology, it is very popular and easy to operate.
First, we need to grind the grain and make it flour condition.
Then,we can mix materials with water and some additive evenly.
Materials will be lift to the hopper of twin screw breakfast cereals extruder machine
Materials will be cooked by twin screw extruder with high temperature and high pressure.
Then extruded products will be conveyed to drying machine to remove extra moisture.
After drying, products will be coated by syrup or chocolate.
Then cereals products will be dried again to remove coating moisture.
After cooling, we can pack the breakfast cereals products into bags.
