This twin screw snacks extruder is customized type, cutomer require buttom panel like the pictures shows. It will be easy to operate while seeing the output from extruder.
We have different capacity for option, such 150kg/h; 250kg/h, 400kg/h, etc. Also have laboratory type food extruder 5-20kg/h for recipe researching or school study.
Following showing is mould head of extruder, we can change the dies to get different shapes product easily.
We can also provide snacks food drying oven. It can remove extra moisture from extruded product to keep product long life and taste more crispy.
For dryer, we have different heating way for option, such as electricity heating, gas heating, steam heating, diesel heating ,etc. We will equip the suitable type according to your local condition.
