Features Of Twin Screw Snack Food Machine:

This machine is composed of extruding system, lubricating system, thrusting system, driving system, and heating system.

The screw and the sleeve are the main parts of the double screw extruding system. Those screws are all counterclockwise running. The screws are connected by spline harness which makes it easy to unload.

The lubricating system is composed of gear pump, oil box, and oil pipe. Its function is to lubricate and cool all the units in distribution box.

The drive power begins at big main motor, passes through the triangle belt and gear box, and is divided into two same direction output axles.

The adjusting system adopts frequency conversion technology.
