The main machine in puffed snacks production line is puff snacks twin screw extruder. It can extrude snacks products in the condition of high pressure and high temperature by using the materials corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour and other grain powder ,etc.
For snacks food twin screw extruder, it is composed of feeding device, extruder, rotary cutting device, and control cabinet.
Double-screw extruding system is composed of machine barrel and screws. The two screws are single end and mesh forward with each other in same left rotating direction and push the materials on the screws forwards.
By equiping with other assistant equipment, such as mixing machine, screw conveyor,drying machine,packaging machinery,etc, with extruder together, they can be one fully automatic snacks food processing line. This food processing line can produce snacks food from raw materials to final product packing automatically.
