Introduction to fully automatic modified starch production line

The twin-screw extruder produces modified starch, which is a new technology for modified starch production. This technology integrates conveying, mixing, heating and pressurizing, shearing and melting operations into one twin-screw extruder as a reactor to perform thermochemical denaturation of starch. The equipment is simple, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate. As a reactor, the screw extruder can continuously produce various types of modified starch such as oxidation, esterification, cross-linking, etherification, etc., without producing sewage; the twin-screw extruder has higher mixing efficiency, good process control, and better product quality. Uniform, it is an economical and feasible processing method for rapid and continuous production of various modified starches.

Modified starch production line process composition:

1. Flour mixing machine: Mix starch (corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, etc.) alone or with some additives, add a certain amount of water and mix thoroughly.

2. Feeding machine: The motor is used to power the screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

3. Extruder: There is a special control cabinet to extrude modified starch granules under high temperature and high pressure environment. Different products can be produced by adjusting the process and changing the mold.

4. Elevator: transport the pellets to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven.

5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is an electric oven, and the temperature can be adjusted automatically through the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees.

6. Crusher: Choose different crushers according to the requirements for modified starch.
