Main Features of the Macaroni Equipment:
The single screw extruder uses the commonly used basic model DLG-100 single screw extruder, mainly used for producing various pasta, fried foods, rice noodles, macaroni, spaghetti, and other pasta products. It offers stable output and simple operation. 3000 refers to the screw length, and 100 refers to the screw outer diameter.
This machine consists of a feeding system, an extrusion system, a rotary cutting system, a heating system, a transmission system, and a control system. It employs advanced screw extrusion technology, using high temperature and pressure to mature and expand the material, resulting in a single-step molding process. The main unit uses variable frequency speed control to ensure production stability. The products are available in a rich variety of colors, types, and have exquisite, natural, and realistic appearances with a fine texture, and utilize a wide range of raw materials.
1. Mixer: separate or add additives to the main materials (flour, corn flour, rice flour, starch, etc.), mix the water fully and evenly.
2. Extruder: Produce the products with long strip, sheet and other shapes can be produced by extrusion. Products with different width and thickness can be changed by changing the mold.
3. Cutter: cut off the semi-finished products from the expansion press.
4. Dryer: dry the products. The heat source can select electric energy, fuel oil and gas according to the specific situation.
5. Cooling Conveyor: it cools the materials after passing through the oven, which is convenient for packaging.
6. Packaging machine: vertical packaging machine or combined computer cooling packaging machine, which can selectively pack different bags.
