1. Description---CE automatic pasta making machine
The raw materials are mixed with a precise dosing mechanism to maintain constant flow and obtain homogenous dough. The pressing phase is carried out with a single screw system specially designed to ensure optimal semolina hydration, mixing, compression and extrusion. Once the dough is kneaded to the required consistency it is put through fitted dies to produce the required shapes and cut to length.

Mixer
Mix the raw material with water and other liquid additive fully.The machine mixs the flour and prepares them ready to be used in next step.
Screw Conveyor
Convey the mixed materials into single screw extruder in stainless steel roller. without leaking and pollution.
Single screw extruder
Extrude the raw materials and make them to the required shape and size of macaroni pasta.
Muti-layer oven
It is used for drying . The temperature and net belt running speed can be controlled, so drying time is changeable
