Mixer→Screw conveyer→Single-Screw extruder→Cooling conveyer→Cutter→Hoister→Multi-layer oven

① Mixer: Mix the raw materials thoroughly and evenly according to a certain proportion of water.

②Screw conveyor: The motor is a power screw conveyor, which transports the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

③Single-screw extruder: In a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, the screw rotates and advances in the barrel, and the shape of the product is changed by changing different molds.

④Cooling conveyor: plays the role of traction, cooling and transportation

⑤Cutter: Cut pet chews into different sizes as needed

⑥Elevator: Choose different elevators according to the height of the oven

⑦Multi-layer oven: You can choose steam oven, electric oven, oil and gas oven. The temperature can be automatically adjusted through the control cabinet. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag, which reduces the moisture in the granules, promotes ripening, and increases the shelf life.
