Pet Treats Line

The pet chew production line is specially used by our company to produce a series of chew products. After extrusion by a single-screw extruder, the production line can produce pet chews in strips, rods, twists, two-color and multi-color shapes with different shapes. During the dog's chewing process, moderately massage the dog's teeth, and at the same time promote the dog's saliva secretion to help improve its digestive function.

1. Pet chewing production line process flow:

Raw material preparation → Mixing → Extrusion → Cooling and conveying → Cutting machine → Conveying → Drying → Packaging

2. Equipment process composition:

(a)Mixing machine: Add a certain proportion of water to the raw materials (starch, corn flour, colloid, glycerin and vegetable oil, etc.) and mix them thoroughly.

(b)Feeding machine: The motor is used to power the screw conveyor to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

(c)Single-screw extruder: In the case of high-temperature and high-pressure environment and screw extrusion, by adjusting different feeds in the process production department, the specific particle size and shape can be replaced by the mold. Since the production processes of dog chews and dog food are different, single-screw extrusion requires precise temperature control, and all screw machine barrels adopt water temperature control systems.

(d)Cooling and conveying: After the mold comes out, the surface of the product will be moist, and it will be cooled and conveyed by traction to facilitate later cutting.

(e)Cutting machine: Cut the chewing gum into different sizes according to the requirements, and control the length of the product by adjusting the distance of the eccentric wheel. The operation is simple and easy to learn and understand.

(f)Oven: After multi-layer S-shaped orbital circulation, the feed particles are dried to the moisture content to increase the shelf life.
