Counter flow cooling system
It uses the principle of counter-current cooling to cool high-temperature and
high-humidity pellets, that is, ambient cold air passes through the material layer vertically, first contacts the cold material,
and the gradually heated hot air contacts the hot material, and the direction of the air flow is the direction of the material
flow. On the contrary, the granular material is gradually cooled in the forward direction, which can prevent other coolers from
direct contact with the high-temperature granular material due to cold wind, causing the particles to crack on the surface due to
the sudden cooling.
