Features Of Twin Screw Fish Feed Extruder:

This machine is composed of extruding system, lubricating system, thrusting system, driving system, and heating system.

The screw and the sleeve are the main parts of the double screw extruding system. Those screws are all counterclockwise running. The screws are connected by spline harness which makes it easy to unload.

The lubricating system is composed of gear pump, oil box, and oil pipe. Its function is to lubricate and cool all the units in distribution box.

The drive power begins at big main motor, passes through the triangle belt and gear box, and is divided into two same direction output axles.

The adjusting system adopts frequency conversion technology. 

Raw materials for pet food fish feed pellet:

Most fish feed pellet inculding animal protein and plant protein, Plant protein adopts corn flour,rice flour,wheat flour,soybean flour,peanut cake powder..Animal peotein adopt fish meal, shrimp meal,crab meal, sleeve-fish meal and so on.you can add other ingredient according to the local fish live require.

A: Our factory is in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China. It is near to Beijing, If by fast train, 2 hours is enough.

Q: How many days can I get the machines after placing order?

A: It will take around 20-30 working days to finish all the machines after receving the deposit. 

Q: I do not have experience for the machines, how can I operate it when I receive?

A: When the machines arrive at your factory, our engineer will go to your local for machine installation and training. The engineer will teach your worker how to operate the machines and how to adjust the recipes.

Q: I do not have time to inspect the machines. Will you test all the machines before delivery?

A: Yes my friend. We will test and run all the machines before delivery. If you do not have time coming for inspection, we will take the machine running videos for you.

Q: How is the machine guarantee?
