2.The main function , raw materials , final food , capacity of the pet food process line
1). Function: The machine is mainly used meat, meat by products, cereal, grain, vitamins, and minerals etc

as rew materials to produce any shape of the pet food. It is a fully automatic production line.
2). Raw material: General grains, such as soybean meal, corn meal, cracked wheat, and barely, are often

used to improve the consistency of the products. The meat is mixed with the other ingredients. Dry pet food

has a shelf life of about 10 to 12 months. Some manufacturers are adding some kinds of vitamins E and C as

natural preservatives.It to produce pet food with new shape, unique taste to let them live healthier. (We can

provide formula according to raw materials).
3). Final food : different shapes and sizes of dog food,cat food,shrimp feed,fish feed,poultry feed. This production

can also be used to produce corn puff snacks. Or produce corn flakes, baby food, etc by changing the mould and

configuration.
4). Capacity: 100-150 kg/h,200-250 k/h,400-600 kg/h, 800-1000 kg/h, 2-3 ton/h, 4-6 ton/h.
