1. The process is as follows:
The raw materials are mixed with precise ingredients and water. The extrusion stage is carried out with a specially designed single screw system to ensure optimal semolina mixing, compression and extrusion. After kneading the dough to the desired consistency, it is made into the desired shape through a suitable die and cut into various lengths. After drying, the noodles are cooled and stabilized in an industrial noodle machine before being transported to a warehouse or directly packaged.
