Corn Flex Machinery, we also call it as corn flakes machine, it is one kind extrusion food machinery. It uses maize flour as raw materials, cooking by twin screw extruder, with high temperature and high temperature.

1) Mixing system: mix raw materials evenly. (For different product, we can change the recipe)
2) Twin Screw Extruder: Cook and shape the product
3) Flaking Machine: Get flakes shape by this machine
4) Dryer: remove extra moisture
5) High temperature Roaster: Dry the product with high temperature, make it bubble and crispy.
6) Coating line: make the product with different taste.
7) Drying oven; Dry the coating product.
8) Packing machinery: pack the product into bags.
