This high-quality, fully automated corn chip production line uses corn, rice, buckwheat, and various grains as single or compound raw materials. Through multiple processes including ripening, granulation, pressing, and baking, the grain raw materials are processed into thin, crispy corn chips.
Utilizing special processing techniques such as spiral extrusion and high-temperature baking, the product has a crispy texture and a pure grain aroma. It can be used as a snack or as a substitute for instant foods; it can also be mixed with other dried fruits and nuts, or packaged individually for sale as a finished product. Currently, some popular breakfast corn chips and fruit cereals on the market are produced using this technology. This production line is highly automated, operating continuously from raw materials to finished products without manual intervention. Continuous operation time is no less than 72 hours, with no wastewater or waste discharge throughout the process; all equipment in contact with food is manufactured using food-grade materials that meet food safety standards. The entire production line is customized according to the customer's actual needs, and supporting solutions and workshop layouts can be tailored to individual requirements. Designed output ranges from 100 kg to several thousand kg per hour, supporting customized design and manufacturing.
