This process line uses rice, corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw materials. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kinds of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on. This line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.

Nutritional powder is based on grains and cereals as the main raw materials, plus beans and vegetables, fruits, meat and eggs, and other selected ingredients, while adding minerals and vitamins such as mixing, extruding, drying, crushing and other processes, according to the different formulas of the product, processed into a convenient nutritional supplement food!

This line is large capacity with high standard extruder. This machine has PLC control and automatic process line. By change the recipe and mold, it also can produce modified starch.

Screw: multi-functions for different snack applications with strong bearing.

Barrel: much longer using the life of excellent modular square barrels with high machining accuracy.

Combustion Chamber: top-mounted heating box to avoid fire caused by dust accumulation.

Spiral Distributor: make the material distribution more uniform and prevent the drying uniformity from being reduced due to the excessive difference in the thickness of the material.
