The thrusting system of fortified rice extruder is composed of thrust box, thrust bearing, and thrust bearing sleeve. It is installed on the front end of cylinder gear reducer. It transfers the twisting force from driving system to screw and bears the thrust force of screw. This system is important to the performance and using life of the extruder. It has big bearing capacity. This system has characteristics like steady transmission with no noise, convenient maintenance and long using life.
Shaping system is composed of mould body, mould, harness, and cramp ring. Replacing the mould can produce different products. The compact construction makes it easy to load and unload, saving time, effort, and material.
Load and unload axle device: This unit is very convenient for loading and unloading the axle. For loading, support pellet and dragging stick are enough; for unloading, support pellet, axis screw, and pulling stick are needed.
