Fortified rice is very strict with temperature, so fortified rice extruding machine have heating system and cooling system to control the temperature when extruder running.

This fortified rice making machine adopts infrared ray heating circles to heat the screw sleeve directly, and the temperature is automatically controlled by thermocouple. There are totally 4 heating sections, with two 3kw heating circles in each section. The temperature can be set optionally for each section in order to satisfy the different processes and different materials.

The automatic cooling system is composed of cooling tower, water tank, water pump, pipe, electromagnetic valve, pressure tin and water bag. This system uses water or oil as the cooling medium. There are five cooling units. The passing in and out of the medium is automatically controlled by electromagnetic valve. The medium is pumped from cooling tower to water bag and come back with high temperature to water tank and pressed into the tower by pressure pump. The pressure difference between tower and cooling section makes the temperature down by the circle of medium.
