Brief Description

The Continuous Drying Machine is mainly composed of a motor, a natural gas combustion chamber, an air heating device, a drying drum, and a control device. It adopts a nested double cone structure, the material is heated twice through the hollow cone sleeve and the barrel jacket, and is supplemented by the stirring heating of the hollow spiral outside the cone sleeve, which improves the heat transfer area and efficiency of the unit volume. In addition, the continuous operation of the Continuous Drying Machine can reduce the equipment carrying capacity, short drying cycle, and also reduce equipment manufacturing costs. It also has the properties of high processing capacity, compact structure, sophisticated design, durability, easy operation, high efficiency and energy saving. It can be applied for baking various puffed foods, pet foods, tissue proteins, nuts, etc.
