1) Rice crackers twin screw extruder is the most important machine in rice cracker processing line, it can cook the raw materials in the condition of high temperature and high pressure. This rice cracker extruder is with heating system and cooling system, it can control the temperature be accurate.

2) This is rice cracker cutting machine. When rice cracker sheet come from extruder, it will go into cutting machine, so we can get rice crackers shape. By changing the mould of machine, we can different shapes of rice crackers, such as round shape,square shape,triangle shape,hexagon shape,etc.

3) Rice crackers drying oven is playing important role in rice cracker making line. It is tunel type, heating way can be electric and gas type.

4) Following is the flavoring machinery. After baking, the baked rice cracker snacks will be seasoned by automatic seasoning machinery, it can precisely control the spraying amount of rice bran oil and seasonings.

5) The final process:  Finished rice crackers are packed into the bags by automatic rice crackers packing machine.
