Kurkure making machine. There is a special single screw extruder which is called "rotary head extruder" in the extruders business field. It is manufacturer based on US design and technology only for puffed corn curls. The product shape is like chili. In different market, this product was named with Kurkure, Cheetos, Nik naks, etc.
Cheetos Extruder is for extrusion and shaping, other accessories will be allocated based on customers' requirement, such as roasting oven or fryer, flavoring system, etc.

Core equipment and process flow
1. Extrusion molding system
Use a brass turntable for high-speed rotation, extrusion and kneading to form irregular twisted strips of corn grits
Some equipment is equipped with variable frequency control technology, which can adjust the speed of the feed screw and the gap between the extruder heads to ensure product uniformity.
2. Cutting and post-processing
The extruded material is cut into specified lengths by a cutter, and then deslagging, fried (180-250℃) or baked (160-180℃) is processed.
The frying type production line is equipped with a continuous fryer, and the baking type is baked through a mesh belt oven.
3. Seasoning and packaging
The fried or baked products enter the seasoning stage, and seasonings such as oil, spices, etc. can be added.
Finally, the packaging is completed by an automatic packaging machine, and the product can be further fried or frozen for transportation.
