Kulkure/Cheeto is a special extruded snack with a crispy texture and delicious taste. Corn grits are moistened with water in a flour mixer and then fed into a rotary head extruder. In the extruder, the corn grits are extruded and twisted into rolls. A cutting knife can cut into the required length. Kulkure/Cheeto is fried in cooking oil and then seasoned after cooling. Seasoning is sprayed on the surface to achieve different deliciousness.
