Corn puffed snacks food machine from feeding materials,extruding,drying,oil spraying,cooling to extruded & infated technology.This processing line can produce all kind of inflating food stuffs,rice bread,core snacks,crackers,gruels,breakfast cereals,and baby food and so on.The raw materials can be maize,rice or wheat flour,etc.
1.Raw materials
To use wheat flour, buckwheat flour, oats flour, corn powder, rice powder , millet, black rice,buckwheat, sorghum oats.
Please note that all the materials should be in powder(flour) or grits form.
2.Final product
Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the
mould in the extruder.

Equipment composition

Process flow
Raw material mixing (corn flour/rice flour/flour, etc.) → extrusion puffing (forming hollow rolls/cakes) → injection of sandwich fillings (cream/chocolate/peanut butter, etc.) → molding and cutting → baking → oil spray seasoning → cooling and packaging

The production process of sandwich puffed snacks mainly includes core links such as raw material processing, puffing molding, filling, drying and seasoning, and packaging, as follows:
1. Raw material processing
Mixing and filling
Mix rice flour and corn flour in proportion, and control the moisture content to 10%-14%.When making the filling, heat the cream to about 40℃, mix with egg yolk powder, milk powder, sugar powder and other auxiliary materials, and stir evenly to form a stable filling.
2. Extrusion molding
Extrusion extrusion
After the raw materials are mixed, they are extruded at high temperature through an extruder (TSE type main machine) to form a fluid gel material, and at the same time, peanut butter, chocolate sauce and other sandwich materials are injected.
Shaping and cutting
The expanded material is tracted and rolled to form, and the size can be adjusted to 2cm-20cm. The moisture content is reduced to 6%-8% before cutting.
3. Drying and seasoning
Drying treatment
The cut rice crackers are baked in a multi-layer oven (0-200℃) to improve the taste and shelf life, and the moisture content is reduced to 2%-3%.
Oil spraying and seasoning
The anti-sticking oil is sprayed on the roller, and then mixed with star anise, icing sugar and other seasonings to enhance the flavor and stability.
