Work flow and equipment configuration of Doritos/Crisps/Salad/Bug production line
1. Flour mixer: mix various flour materials evenly;
2. Screw conveyor: transport the mixed flour to the twin-screw extruder at a uniform speed;
3. Twin-screw extruder: extrude and cook the raw materials into a tube shape;
4. Drawing and cutting machine: cutting pipes into different lengths;
5. Oven: Bake at high temperature to remove excess moisture;
6. Automatic frying machine: automatically fry the salad in high-temperature oil until crispy and cool it down;
7. Flavoring line: Spray the seasoning powder on the salad to make it taste better.
