Introduction of Doritos Chips Machine
This Fried tortilla doritos chip machine processing line uses corn powder, corn starch, and rice powder as main materials which are extruded, compounded into triangle, round, square shapes. After fried and flavored, the final snacks will be crispy and tasty like the brand in the market, doritos and tortilla. During compound shaping, some waste edges will be cut down, but it can be reused by grinded into powder and fill in the raw materials in certain proportion. So this processing line can maximumly lower the production cost.

Q: Can we go to your factory for visiting before the order?
A: Of course dear, very welcome you come to visit us. When you decide the exact day for coming, you can tell us, we will arrange car to pick you up from Jinan Station or Jinan Airport. We will show you machine running in our factory.
Q: This is our first time to start food business,do not need too large capacity. Do you have small capacity?
A: Yes my friend, we have different food processing line capacity, such as 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 400kg/h, 800kg/h, etc for small, middle and large scale factory. If this is your first time to involve in food field, we recommend 100kg/h or 200kg/h for you.
Q: Now I do not know how big factory I need, could you tell me?
A: We will design the layout of snacks processing line according to your requirement before the order, so you can know the size of factory you need.
Q: I do not have experience for the machines, how can I operate it when I receive?
A: When the machines arrive at your factory, our engineer will go to your local for machine installation and training. The engineer will teach your worker how to operate the machines and how to adjust the recipes.
Q: I do not have time to inspect the machines. Will you test all the machines before delivery?
A: Yes my friend. We will test and run all the machines before delivery. If you do not have time coming for inspection, we will take the machine running videos for you.
Q: How is the machine guarantee?
A: The guarantee is one year. We will equip some spare parts for you when loading the machines. If you have any questions or need technical support, we will try our best to help you (Whole life service support).
