Double Screw Extruder Bugles Crispy Snack Manufacturing Machine takes co-rotating double-screw extruder as core host, completing full-process manufacturing of crispy fried bugles puffed snacks. The double-screw host finishes raw-material mixing, high-temperature curing and puffing. Cooperated with follow-up forming, frying, flavoring and cooling devices, it can realize mass-production for diversified bugles-series fried snacks.

This machine covers 100-250kg/h output range by two models SLG65-III and SLG70-II. It supports both small-batch trial-production and large-scale continuous industrial production. The double-screw assembly is made of high-strength alloy steel after nitriding treatment, with outstanding wear-resistant performance. Every section of the whole line can realize parameter adjustment via frequency-conversion control, easy for craft debugging for different raw-material formulas and snack styles. Food-grade stainless-steel is adopted for all parts contacting raw-materials, meeting international food-machinery hygiene standards.

Raw Materials & Finished Products

Raw materials: corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and mixed composite grain powder. Operators can test different raw-material combinations to get different texture and flavor of bugles snacks.

Finished products: By replacing forming molds and cutting components, this manufacturing machine can produce horn-shaped bugles, triangular crispy chips and multiple other 3D puffed fried-snack products.
