It can produce a variety of direct puff snack food which are popular in the world market, such as fragrant chicken, core-filling rolls,etc. It can also producenutritional powder,grain gruel and many other snacks by changing different moulds and assistants equipments. 1)Mixing machine

The first step in food processing is to mix and stir various raw materials, additives, and a certain amount of water.

Built-in "I"-shaped structure, features: uniform mixing and fast speed.

2)Screw conveyor
The mixed raw materials are conveyed to the molding machine by spiral rotation and lifting. The parts in contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel. The food is transported in a closed space, which is clean and hygienic.

3)Extruder

The most important step in making food is to change the material under the thrust of the screw in a high-temperature and high-pressure closed barrel close to vacuum, and then discharge it through the mold to form.

4)Froming machine

The composite molding machine is to extrude the blank material made by the extruder into various shapes through multiple pairs of rollers. By changing the mold, various shapes of food can be produced.

5)Hoister

The finished product is lifted to the next production equipment through a food-grade conveyor belt.

6)Continuous fryer

The continuous fryer is divided into single-layer and double-layer. The food can be automatically turned over, with large output, high efficiency, free temperature control, and no broken rate of finished products.

7)Vibrating screen

The vibrating screen has two functions:

It can separate adhered food;

Remove excess grease from fried food.

8)Flavoring line

The Flavoring line has a powder spraying and oil spraying system. Through the rolling of the drum, the powder or syrup is evenly coated on the surface of the food.

7. Raw Material:
It adopts grain flour with water as raw material.
