The process flow of a general 2D 3D fried snack pellet production line is as follows:
Mixing: Mix corn starch, potato starch, wheat flour and other raw materials in a certain proportion.
2.Extrusion: Through the extrusion system, the mixed raw materials are extruded into the desired shape using a unique extrusion process.
3..2D 3D molding (optional): For some 2D 3D snacks, molding may be required to give them a better appearance.
4. Frying: Use a fryer to fry the material to achieve the desired taste and color. Fully automatic fryers usually have a dynamic oil filter system that can remove the residue at any time, keep the oil fresh, and eliminate oil deterioration caused by residual residue.
5. Seasoning: Season the fried snacks through equipment such as the oil mist seasoning line to increase the taste of the product.
6. Packaging: Package the seasoned snacks for storage and sales.
