Product Introduction

Breakfast cereals are made from corn, wheat, oats, rice and other cereals through flaking and puffing, cooking and forming. The flaked products are usually baked, sprayed with sugar to get the final product. It can be mixed with coffee, milk, yogurt or functional drinks and drunk directly. Children can eat it as a sweet and crispy breakfast snack.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Mixing: Add nutritional additives and a certain proportion of water to corn flour or corn residue, and mix them evenly through a powder mixer.

2. Feeding: Use a feeder to convey the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the puffing machine.

Extrusion and puffing: The raw materials in the feeding hopper enter the extrusion system and are produced into small spherical particles through the puffing machine.

3. Dispersion: The particles are dispersed through a vibrating screen to avoid overlapping and pressing together after entering the tablet press.

4. Conveying and tableting: Use an air conveyor to convey the particles to the tablet press, and the tablet press presses the small spherical particles into thin sheets, which are corn flakes.

5. Secondary transport and drying: The air conveyor transports the corn flakes to the oven. The multi-layer oven is mostly an electric oven. The temperature is adjusted between 0-200 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to remove moisture.

6. Packaging: The dried and cooled corn flakes are packaged and can be put on the market for sale.
