Mixer: Add a certain amount of water to the raw materials and mix them evenly.
Feeder: Use the motor as the power to convey the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
Extruder: There is a special control cabinet to produce strip products under high pressure.
Cutter: Cut the long strip products into short strips.
Elevator: Transport the product to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven; after baking, the product is transported to the wet grinder.
Multi-layer oven: Most of them are electric ovens. The temperature is adjusted between 0-200 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, subtracting moisture and increasing the shelf life.
Wet grinder: Crushes the long strip products into bran.
Grading screen: Screen out different products.
Packaging machine: Vertical packaging machine and combined computer weighing packaging machine can be used.
