Function description of each machine
1. Mixer: add raw materials to nutrient additives and mix with a certain proportion of water evenly.
2. Screw Conveyor: the mixed raw material is transported to the feeding bucket of the expander.
3. Extruder: the raw materials in the feed hopper enter the extrusion system to produce particles.
4. Air Conveyor: conveying particles to the oven.
5. Multi Layer Dryer: the oven is mostly electric oven, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees, and the inner part is stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed and water is out.
6. Air Conveyor: the baked particles are transported to the grinder.
7. Grinding unit: according to requirements, it is crushed into different fineness products.
