Extrusion Principle

The key technology of SLG Double-screw Extrusion Food Processing Line is to adopt the extruding and expanding technologies, which is the hottest and newest food processing technology. After extrusion the grains becomes puff and easy to be absorbed by human body.

During the extrusion process, under high temperature and pressure, the raw material becomes gelatinized state and gain large energy to change the physic and chemical properties of starch into stable a structure.     

When the product comes into normal temperature and pressure circumstance, its volume becomes large and the soluble elements increase. The extrusion takes little time so the nutrition of grain loses less and gain special smell.
