Artificial Fortified rice processing Line
Fortified rice kernels are rice kernels that are either coated or extruded with the right blend of vitamins, minerals& other micro-nutrients including a powdery blend of nutrients that is sometimes dusted onto unfortified rice.
Fortified rice has the following primary business benefits:
1.Nutrition Rich. During the manufacturing process, the food supplier can add Konjac, corn, cassava, millet, wheat, oats, soybean, starch vitamin,nutrient(calcium,zinc,iron,etc) in artificial rice. Usually, artificial rice's nutrients value is 5-10 times than regular rice.
2.Cost saving. Besides the material in Benefit 1 above, you can also use broken rice as raw material. Instead of selling those rice at low price, artificial rice increases broken rice value.
3.Great market converge. Definitely,artificial rice's price is higher than regular rice, but it can either cook directly, or steam with regular rice at the ratio of 1:300. It can both satisfied the demand of high-end customers and budget lovers.
